    General Information

    Reservations
    1. Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
    2. A deposit of 30% of the total amount may be charged anytime after your reservation.
    3. The remaining 70% of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
    4. Deposit must be made within two calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be guaranteed.

    15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

    Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

    • Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
    • We accept cash, credit cards, bank deposits, and Western Union.
    • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@iliomagic.gr
    • If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    • Cancellation requests or modifications received in less than 14 days , the total price of the reservation will be charged.
    • ‘Non-shows’ the total price of the reservation will be charged.

    If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.

    • Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
    • Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
    • Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
    • Pets are NOT allowed.
    • Smoking is striclty prohibited in all of our rooms. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
